Although providing art. 2533 of the Italian Civil Code that against the resolution of exclusion the member may propose opposition to the court, in the term sixty sixties days communication of such resolution, this not excludes what what the parts can donate ad referees the resolution of such controversy, in what the area of the not compromise is restricted to the absolutable unavailability of the right and therefore at sun nullity incurable.
