Legal Principle

The arbitral award, pursuant to art. 824-bis cod. proc. civ., is jurisdictional in nature and produces, from the date of its last signature, the effects of a judgment delivered by the judicial authority, with the consequence that the facts established in the arbitral award may be relied upon as elements of evidence in other proceedings between the same parties or between different parties.
