Legal Principle

For the purposes of the judicial appointment of arbitrators under Article 810 of the Code of Civil Procedure, where the arbitration clause does not specify the number of arbitrators, the manner of their appointment or the seat of the arbitration, and such particulars cannot otherwise be ascertained from the agreement, the applicant is required to provide the information necessary to identify the competent court; in the absence thereof, the application cannot be granted.
