The nullity of the arbitration clause, declared by a judgment that has become final, entails the inapplicability of the arbitration agreement pursuant to Article 830(3) of the Code of Civil Procedure and, consequently, the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts to hear the dispute, no legal obligation arising from the clause remaining binding upon the parties.
