Pursuant to arts. 78-80 cod. proc. civ., a special representative (curatore speciale) may be appointed with a mandate limited to representing the company and entering an appearance on its behalf in pending arbitral proceedings, with the powers necessary to examine the case file, to instruct counsel and to take, independently and in the exclusive interest of the company, such procedural decisions as he considers appropriate.
