Legal Principle

An arbitral award which orders one party to pay a sum and simultaneously authorises set-off between the respective claims of the parties implicitly finds, in light of the reasoning, the existence of the requirements for set-off between the claim which is the subject of the order and the cross-claim of the unsuccessful party, with the consequent extinction of the claim and exclusion of the right to proceed to enforcement.
