Legal principle
Proceedings to set aside an arbitral award may be extinguished by withdrawal of the claim, where the opposing party accepts the withdrawal, the general rules governing the extinction of proceedings under Articles 306, 178, and 359 of the Code of Civil Procedure being applicable.
