A clause compromise which provides the devolution to referees of the disputes fate in the course of the ratio, accompanied by other clause which attributes the competence a a court Unole state, must be interpreted in the sense that the litigation between the parts is put to the competence of the referees only during the ratio, but no more after the cessation of it.
