The exception of compromise has nature procedural, placing question of competence, moreover not detectable ex officio in as nature not functional, at least in the cases which not it affix a rights unavailable, and must e e e SSSER Exception in the appearance of response and in respect of the term fixed ex art. 166 cod. proc. civ., a penalty of forfeiture and consequent rooting at the judge session of the power of decide in order application demand.
