In the judgment of appeal per nullity of the praise arbitration, which is a judgment a criticism bound, proposable within the limits normally foreseen, find application the rule of the specificity of the formulation of the reasons, in consideration E of the Nature Rescindente of such judgment and of the fact that only the compliance of said rule can allow to the judge and to the counterpart of check if the contestations formulated correspond exactly ai cases contestability foreseen.
