The clause contained in one statute social pertaining ai only relationships endosocjects and therefore to controversies relative ai rights and to obligations intercurrent between the parts consequence de LLA ownership of the shares company and which draw foundation and not simple occasion from the statute and, therefore, not to relationships between the company and one of its different members from social ones.
