For the contract of contract of works public, the consent not can form on the base of writings subsequent attitude as proposal and acceptance between absent; the same principle apply to apply A even to compromise concerning le quarrels relative a such contract, which therefore not can validly conclude with the proposal and the subsequent acceptance of use of the tool arbitration.
