Legal Principle
An arbitration clause which expressly excludes from arbitral competence the payment order proceedings under Articles 633 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure and the related opposition phases vests competence in the ordinary court for the payment order proceedings and the subsequent opposition proceedings.
