Legal principle
MUST be declared the nullity of clause bossial, contained in contract concluded between professional and consumer and subject at discipline of which at d.lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 2 06, where the professional not it provides the test that the clause compromise it is it was object negotiation characterized by requirements of the Sery, of the effectiveness and of individuality.
