Legal Principle

The waiver of the right to invoke the arbitration clause in relation to a specific dispute does not entail a definitive and comprehensive waiver of the clause itself in respect of any other dispute that may arise between the parties, unless the parties have expressly manifested the intention to terminate the arbitration agreement in compliance with the requisite conditions of form and substance.
