Disputes concerning the challenge of resolutions approving company accounts for lack of the requirements of truthfulness, clarity and precision are not susceptible to arbitration, since the rules aimed at guaranteeing such principles, being enacted not only to protect the interest of each shareholder to be informed of the company's management performance, but also the legitimate expectations of all parties entering into relationships with the company, transcend individual interests and relate to inalienable rights.
