Legal Principle
The sole arbitrator lacks standing to request the liquidation of the compensation due to the secretary of the arbitral tribunal.
The liquidation of the arbitrator's compensation must be assessed taking into account the value of the dispute, the difficulty of the activity performed, the presence of interim applications, the joinder of multiple procedures and the plurality of parties involved in the arbitral proceedings.
