A clause contained in a network code that refers to alternative dispute resolution procedures matters relating to the interpretation and application of the transport contract does not extend to legal relationships that are separate and autonomous from such contract, such as default transport services activated on an emergency basis and governed by distinct regulatory sources, with the consequent retention of jurisdiction by the ordinary courts for related disputes.
