An award rendered in the disposal of arbitral proceedings conducted between persons other than the parties to the judicial proceedings can produce no res judicata effect in those proceedings, not even as to the validity and effectiveness of the agreement there examined, the subjective limit of the effects of a judicial determination applying also to an arbitral decision.
