The clause compromise it goes interpreted, in lack of express will contrary, in the sense that are falling in the competence arbitration all and only the disputes with ad object the execution of the contract itself, mention re must be to be excluded the controversies relative a liability of nature aquilian, the which are in the contract only a mere occasion or assumption historian, but in all evidence not depend on the contract itself.
