A plea that the ordinary court lacks jurisdiction in favour of an arbitral tribunal, which has already been rejected by an order not challenged by way of an application for the determination of jurisdiction (regolamento di competenza) under art. 42 cod. proc. civ., may not be raised again in the course of the same proceedings and is therefore inadmissible.
