An application for suspension of the enforcement of an arbitral award pursuant to Article 830, paragraph 4, of the Code of Civil Procedure cannot be granted where the only condemnatory provisions contained in the award concern the costs of the proceedings and the arbitrator's fees, and the applicant has not adduced concrete circumstances giving rise to a fear that the other party may be unable to pay in the future and that it will be impossible to recover the sums in the event that the challenge is upheld, the mere allegation of an abstract risk of enforcement proceedings and coercive actions being insufficient.
