Ai senses of art. 819-ter code proc. Civ., The sentence of the judge of merit affirmative or denial of the own competence on the convention of arbitration is challengeable with king Golamento of competence, necessary or optional (articles 42 and 43 cod. proc. civ.) at second that it is decided only the question of competence, or this together with merit.
