The Deposit In Original, or In Copy Consformed, of the Lodo and of the act containing the Convention of Arbitration is provided by art.825 cpc to the FINI of the request affixing of the executive per praise, for the validity of the compromise of the clause accounts, ex articles 807 e 808 cod. proc. civ., it is sufficient that such acts have been stipulated per member, for the activation of the procedure referee not it is required by art. 810 of the Italian code proc. civ. the deposit in the original of the act the convention .
