The contradiction between different parts of the motivation, in as much as not expressly foreseen between i vices involving the nullity, not ingenerate the nullity of the pit ai senses of art. 829, co. 1, n. 5 c Od. proc. civ., Salvo che it si solves in the impossibility absolute of reconstruct the ratio decidendi, with consequent substantial non -existence of the motivation, although summary, request from the law.
