Legal principle

It constitutes currently jus receptum the principle per to which the activity of the referees rituals, even to the matches of the discipline overall it can be obtained from LLA Law 5 January 1994, n. 25 and from the decree legislative 2 February 2006, n. 40, has nature jurisdiction and substitute of the function judge ordinary judge.
