In case of convention of arbitration concluded after the revenue in vigor of the reform of which to d.lgs. N. 40 of 2006, si applies the text of art. 829, co . 3, Cod. Proc. Civ., Che excludes, salvo different pact contrary, the appeal of the praise per violation of rules of right on the merit of the dispute.
