It is not possible to identify in the present order pure principles of law relating to arbitration law, as the decision is limited to assessing the requirements for an application for revocation without entering into the merits of the substantive issues concerning the arbitration clause, therefore it has not been possible to generate a principle in accordance with the criteria.
