In case of interruption of proceedings due to declaration of bankruptcy of a party, the time limit for resumption of proceedings for challenging an arbitral award runs from the date on which the judicial declaration of interruption is brought to the knowledge of each party, and not from the date of service of the bankruptcy judgment to the legal representative of the bankrupt company.
