The+clause+compromise+not+constitutes+a+accessory+of the+contract+in+which is+it is+but+it has+own+individuality+and+autonomy,+clearly+distinct+from+the+de L+Contract+to which it accesses,+per+to which+ad+it+not+si+extend+the+causes+of+disability+of the+contract+in+question nor,+a+fortiori,+those+of+resolution+of the relative+ratio.
