Legal principle

Given the nature jurisdiction and not negotiating of the arbitration ritual, in presence of clause turmoil in arbitration ritual, the contrast between the attribution of the cognition of the controversy to college arbitration Italian or to the judge ordinary integrated Estion of competence: consequently, the clause compromise per arbitration ritual constitutes derogation to competence competence judicial authority ordinary e falls, therefore, between the clauses which si assume vexatious to senses of art. 33 of the consumption.
