Legal principle

Having the ironted nature contractual, up to at the entrance in vigor of d.lgs. 2 2 February 2006, n. 40 - which has extended with the new art. 808-ter code proc. Civ. IPo Thesis of cancellability of the praise - the latter was challengeable only for vices of the will negotiating (error, willful misconduct or violence) or per inability parts or of the referees.
