Legal principle
In presence a a clause skuser statutory which donated to cognition referee the disputes between companies and administrators, fall in the competence of the referees also the disputes between administrators and companies concerning i profiles of the ratio mandatory between company and administrator and specifically the right of the administrators per compensation.
