A dispute concerning the removal for just cause of the members of the board of statutory auditors cannot be referred to arbitration, given its public-law significance, since the removal resolution must be approved by a decree of the court under art. 2400, co. 2, cod. civ.; an application for the appointment of an arbitrator must accordingly be rejected.
