Legal Principle
A statutory arbitration clause that extends the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal to disputes brought by directors against the company concerning available rights relating to the corporate relationship determines the lack of jurisdiction of the ordinary court to issue a payment order for the compensation due to the director, with the consequent necessity to revoke the order and refer the parties to the arbitral tribunal.
