Where the respondent party, having been served with the request for arbitration, fails to appoint its arbitrator within twenty days, the President of the Court has jurisdiction to appoint the missing arbitrator pursuant to Article 810 of the Code of Civil Procedure, as well as to appoint the third arbitrator where such power is expressly conferred by the arbitration clause contained in the condominium regulations.
