A provision in the articles of association that refers to an expert appointed by the court the determination of the value of the share of a withdrawing member, in the event of disagreement between the parties, constitutes an arbitration procedure which renders inadmissible in contentious proceedings the claim for liquidation of the shareholding, where the defendant has timely raised the objection based on the operation of such provision.
