Legal Principle

Since the referral one a controversy to the judgment of the referees involves one derogation to jurisdiction ordinary, in case doubt in order to interpretation of the flow of the clause compromise ria, it must be preferred an interpretation restrictive of it and affirmative of the jurisdiction state, recognizing it not return the application in contestation in the area of the subject remittance to referees.
