Where the parties enter into a subsequent contract that expressly provides for the full replacement with novatory effect of all prior understandings and agreements, and such contract contains a clause conferring exclusive ordinary jurisdiction, the arbitration clause contained in the prior contracts ceases to have effect and may not be relied upon to raise a plea of lack of jurisdiction of the ordinary court seized.
