The arbitration clause contained in the condominium regulations providing for the referral to arbitrators of any dispute between owner and management concerning the application and interpretation of the regulations themselves renders inadmissible an application for a payment order for condominium contributions when the related opposition raises objections based on the validity of resolutions under the regulatory provisions and on the powers of condominium bodies governed by the same regulations, since these are matters whose resolution necessarily requires interpretation of the regulations referred to arbitrators.
