Legal Principle

For the purposes of the proceedings under Article 810 of the Code of Civil Procedure, only the identification of the parties to the contract containing the arbitration clause is relevant; persons who, although involved in the procurement chain, have not assumed direct obligations under the contract referred to arbitration and have not directly acceded to the arbitration clause contained therein, remain outside the arbitration agreement.
