The remuneration due to a sole arbitrator for the work carried out is determined by the President of the Court under art. 814, co. 2, cod. proc. civ., by an assessment of appropriateness having regard to the nature of the dispute, to its value, even if indeterminable, and to the professional work actually performed.
Payment of the remuneration and of the operating expenses taxed in favour of the arbitrator is imposed upon the parties jointly and severally under art. 814 cod. proc. civ.
