An arbitral award that grants a claim under article 2932 of the Civil Code may order the immediate transfer of ownership of the property in favour of the promisee purchaser, making only the performance of the obligation to pay the balance of the purchase price subject to the occurrence of certain conditions, without such conditioning of the obligation affecting the completed transfer of the real right.
The registration of the arbitral award executed under suspensive condition by reason of the failure of the decision to become final does not prevent the transferring effect of the order nor does it preclude the forced sale of the property subject to the transfer.
