An arbitration clause contained in the statute of an association referring to contractual arbitrators (arbitrato irrituale) all disputes between members and the association concerning disposable rights relating to the associative relationship also encompasses challenges to resolutions excluding a member, since such disputes concern the individual interests of the member and are therefore disposable.
