An arbitration clause contained in a construction contract which provides for the resolution of disputes through arbitral proceedings with decision according to equity and as amiable compositeur, renders inadmissible before the ordinary courts all claims relating to the contractual relationship, including those concerning performance and termination of the contract itself.
