An arbitration clause in the statutes of a consortium, providing for the referral to arbitrators of “any dispute concerning or arising from the consortium agreement”, extends, in the absence of a specific exclusion, to all matters arising directly or indirectly from the contract or the consortium relationship, including a dispute concerning the determination of the legitimacy of the member’s withdrawal and its effects.
