In the+case+of+opposition+founded+on existence+of+a+clause+compromise,+the+judge+of the opposition+must+declare+the incompetence+of the+judge+which has+emitted+the+decree+e+arrange+the+remission+of the+C ONTROVERSIA+AL+JUDGMENT+of the+Referees+(in the+case+of+arbitration+ritual)+or+declare+the+impossibility+of the+application+(in the+case+of+arbitration+irritation)+and+in+each+case+declare+the+nullity+of the+opposite decree.
