A contractual arbitration award (arbitrato irrituale) containing an order for payment of sums of money constitutes suitable written evidence for the purposes of obtaining a payment order pursuant to Articles 633 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure, without prejudice to the right of the party enjoined to challenge its validity in any opposition proceedings against the said order.
