An arbitration clause contained in the articles of association of a cooperative society, which provides for the submission to arbitrators of disputes arising from the membership relationship, also encompasses negative declaratory actions brought by a member against the cooperative, where such claims have their causa petendi in the mutual relationship and in the resolutions of the corporate bodies, resulting in a declaration that the ordinary court lacks jurisdiction pursuant to Article 819-ter of the Code of Civil Procedure.
