Under art. 192 d.lgs. 14/2019, where the contract containing the arbitration clause is terminated as a result of the opening of judicial liquidation, pending arbitral proceedings cannot be continued nor, if not yet commenced, initiated for a claim that must be lodged for admission to the schedule of liabilities, such claim having to be brought within the insolvency procedure.
